"After being with State Farm for nearly 25 years. this experience comes after almost two and a half decades of loyalty to State Farm. I am deeply disappointed to write this after nearly 25 years of loyalty to State Farm. This recent experience has been completely unacceptable and has tarnished over two decades of trust. I found the services to be overpriced and the support severely lacking when it mattered most. I strongly caution others to stay away and look for an agency that truly values long-term customers.""
