"I regret switching from GEICO to State Farm. When I first switched, State Farm gave me a reasonable and attractive quote. However, after about three months, my premium increased by approximately 30%.

During the first few months, I was also asked to provide and sign additional documents. After that, my premium was increased, even though there was no accident, ticket, or other change on my end that I was aware of.

My experience has been very disappointing. The initial price may look attractive, but I recommend carefully reviewing all underwriting documents and asking exactly what could cause the premium to change before switching. State Farm itself says premiums can change after reviewing rating factors and policy information.

I switched from GEICO expecting to save money, but I now regret the decision."
